Is Taroko-Sigma suitable to be used by a PMC/PDP organization where typically the Client and numerous sub-contractors need to be effectively managed.

PMC/PDP style contracting arrangements typically mean that numerous project functions need to be managed e.g. documents, correspondence, Hazards, Requirements, Punch Items, Acceptance etc.

If suitable, how could such a tool be deployed and how much time could I expect to save compared to say a single function tool like Aconex for example.
